Solutions for Zero-Emission Buildings

Next-Generation: Delivering scalable zero-emission solutions that turn buildings into active energy producers across Europe.

Multifunctional pre-manufactured building skin elements

The TOWERN3000 façade is a three-layer PV, insulation, and hydraulic system that generates electricity, provides heating and cooling via wall activation, serves as energy storage, and is being advanced with a fire-compliant aluminum frame and optimized plug-and-play assembly.

Dynamic U-Value façade elements

University of Calabria and CLOR INDUSTRY are developing and validating a multi-layer façade system with cladding, climate-adapted insulation, radiant panels, a structural wall, and an active dynamic U-value layer that optimizes thermal inertia, enables controlled heat release for heating, and allows buildings to store surplus energy.

Solar power glazed surface

LOWTE and KTH – Royal Institute of Technology are developing a modular transparent and semi-transparent BIPVT glazing system with conductive coatings and a transparent PV film that generates electricity and harvests heat via ventilated air gaps, improving heat pump efficiency, reducing cooling demand, and offering an aesthetic, easy-to-install solution for both new and renovated buildings.

Integrated ventilation autonomous unit

The patented CVUT (Czech Technical University in Prague) slim air handling unit (~17 cm) is designed for façade or indoor integration and delivers fresh air, heating, cooling, and heat recovery with intelligent controls that optimize indoor comfort, renewable energy use, and grid flexibility for both renovations and new residential or commercial buildings.
